Built in 1847, the building the Lodge current calls 
home was once a Methodist Church. DeWitt Clinton Lodge formed in 1854 by a group of Master Masons from the town of Sandwich. The Lodge was dedicated in 1933 after the mortgage was paid and has been home to the Masons ever since.
